Sahaja Yoga is a simple and effective form of meditation that can help reduce your stress and enhance your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
Sahaja Yoga meditation in New Zealand
In New Zealand, there are several centres where regular meditation classes are held FREE of charge. In these classes, local people who are experienced Sahaja Yoga practitioners will take you through the basic meditation and balancing techniques that you can easily practice at home without much interruption to your daily routines.
There is NO FEE for any of these classes sessions and you can join any week. No prior physical exercise, diet or special clothing is required. Participants can either sit on the floor (usually carpeted) or on a chair.
